The website xtsumetai.art is operated by Matěj Pekárna (TSUMETAI), contact: mxtt@xtsumetai.art.

These terms govern the purchase of original artworks and prints through the online shop at xtsumetai.art.

An order is binding upon completion of payment via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe — the operator has no access to your card details.

Original artworks are shipped via insured delivery within 10 business days of payment. Each original comes with a certificate of authenticity. Shipping costs are included in the price.

Custom-made artworks cannot be returned. For standard works, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, provided the work is in its original condition. Contact us at mxtt@xtsumetai.art.

We only process data necessary for order fulfillment: name, email, shipping address. Data is not shared with third parties except Stripe (payments) and the delivery carrier. Details in our cookie policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.

All artworks presented on this website are protected by the copyright of Matěj Pekárna. Purchasing an original grants ownership of the physical work, not the copyright. Reproduction without the author's consent is prohibited.
